孕期服用益生菌对预防妊娠期糖尿病的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究孕期服用益生菌对预防妊娠期糖尿病的效果。方法随机选取观察组200名孕妇在妊娠16~24周期间口服孕妇可食用益生菌,与对照组200名孕期未服用益生菌的孕妇进行对比,妊娠24周行OGTT检查,观察两组孕妇妊娠期糖尿病的发病率。结果观察组妊娠期糖尿病的发生率低于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论孕期16~24周服用益生菌可预防妊娠期糖尿病的发生。 Objective To study the effect of probiotics on the prevention of gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy.Methods 200 pregnant women in the observation group were randomly selected to take oral progesterone during the period from 16 to 24 weeks of gestation,compared with 200 pregnant women who did not take probiotics during pregnancy.OGTT was performed at 24 weeks of pregnancy to observe the rate of gestational diabetes mellitus of the two groups.Results The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in the observation group(16-24 weeks of gestational period)was lower than that in the control group(no probiotics during pregnancy).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking probiotics during the 16-24 weeks of pregnancy can prevent the occurrence of gestational diabetes mellitus.
