膀胱尿压测定评定系统在脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者康复管理中的应用

Application of bladder pressure measurement and evaluation system in rehabilitation management of patients with spinal cord injury and neurogenic bladder

目的分析脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者通过膀胱尿压测定评定系统实施康复管理的效果。方法监测神经源性膀胱患者膀胱顺应性、残余尿量以及膀胱安全容量,制定科学的膀胱管理措施,对比患者实施管理前后的情况。结果实施管理后,疾病情况及参与尿量得到显著改善(P<0.05)。结论膀胱管理有效促使患者提升排尿和控尿的能力,恢复患者的膀胱功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation management in neurogenic bladder patients with spinal cord injury(SCI)by urinary bladder pressure measurement and evaluation system.Methods The bladder compliance,residual urine volume and bladder safety capacity of neurogenic bladder patients were monitored,and scientific bladder management measures were formulated.Results After the implementation of the management,the disease situation and the urine volume were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Bladder management can effectively promote the ability of urination and the capability of urinary control,and help to restore bladder function in patients.
