国外医养结合经验借鉴与中国发展路径选择

The combination of foreign medical and nursing experience and China's development path choice

党的十九大报告明确指出,推进医养结合,加快老龄事业和产业发展。医养结合新型养老模式也随之进入政府部门、学者和广大群众的视野。目前我国养老资源供需矛盾突出,需要借鉴发达国家成功经验。因此,文章从医养结合的内涵和特征入手,总结了国外关于医养结合模式可借鉴的几种实践经验。结合目前我国养老产业现状,提出了完善相关法律法规、加强队伍建设、建立服务体系、构建多元化长效筹资机制、全面推进信息化进程等方面的途径,以期促进我国老龄化事业健康可持续发展。

the report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China clearly points out that it is necessary to promote the integration of medical and nursing care and accelerate the development of undertakings and industries for the aged.The new model of combining medical care with old-age care has also entered the vision of government departments,scholars and the general public.At present,the contradiction between supply and demand of old-age care resources in China is prominent.Therefore,starting from the connotation and characteristics of the combination of medical and nursing care,this paper summarizes several practical experiences that can be used for reference in foreign countries.Combined with the current situation of China's old-age care industry,this paper puts forward some ways to improve relevant laws and regulations,strengthen team building,establish service system,build diversified long-term financing mechanism,and comprehensively promote the informatization process,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's aging cause.
