Study on Training of Translation Talents in the Context of the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议对我国翻译人才培养提出了新要求:高端、复合型是新时代的呼唤。理想的翻译人才应该至少精通双语,深入掌握沿线国家的文化传统,且懂得相应的外贸、法律等知识。然而,目前我国的高端翻译人才储备远远达不到社会的要求,亟需广泛调研,制定科学的翻译人才培养计划,优化课程设置和教学内容,以及加大翻译教师团队建设,从而提高高端复合型翻译人才培养质量,为"一带一路"建设铺路。

With the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative,the high-end inter-disciplinary translation talents become the new requirement in the new era.As a rule,an ideal talent should be an inter-disciplinary person with a master of over two languages,the cultural tradition of targeted countries,and relevant knowledge about business,laws,etc.It is obvious,however,that the present talent pools and talent qualities are far from requirement of the society.Therefore,it is of vital importance that we should explore solutions to cultivate adequate and satisfactory talents from formulating a scientific plan of talents training by extensive research,optimizing courses offered and strengthening teachers'team construction,thereby contributing to the great imitative.
