基层电大提升开放教育教学质量的途径分析——以十堰广播电视大学为例

Path Analysis of the Teaching Quality of Open Education in Grassroots Radio and TV Universities—— Based on the Case Study of Shiyan Radio and TV University

近年来,基层电大开放教育教学质量呈下滑态势,十堰电大结合自身工作实际,提出导致基层电大教学质量下滑的主要因素来自于四个方面:意识、管理、教师、学员,提出基层电大提升开放教育教学质量的途径:意识为先,深刻认识开放教育教学质量的重要性;制度引领,规范开放教育课堂教学管理;培训与考评并重,提升教师素养,调动教师参与质量提升的主动性和创造性;管理到位,提高开放教育学员向学意识。

In recent years, the teaching quality of the open education in primary level radio and TV universities has shown the downward trend. Based on its own work experiences, Shiyan Radio and TV University points out that the key fac. tors led to the decline in the teaching quality of primary level radio and TV universities came from four aspects including awareness, management, teachers and students. Shiyan Radio and TV University also proposes the paths to improve the teaching quality of the open education in primary level radio and TV universities as follows. Taking awareness as the first pri. ority, that means the profound understanding of the importance of open education teaching quality. Setting regulations as the guide, that is the standardization of the classroom teaching management of open education. Paying equal attention to teach. ing and training, which means improving teachers' professionalism and mobilizing teachers' initiative and creativity in partic. ipation in teaching quality improvement. Moreover, keeping management in place, that means improving the open education students’thirst for knowledge.
