摘要
本文归纳总结螺栓强度校验的理论计算方法,然后以某货运轨道末端的库外固定式挡车器为研究对象,采用空间六面体单元和接触单元组合的方式创建了该挡车器结构的有限元模型,并在1581 KN的压缩载荷工况下进行了接触非线性计算。针对轴向应力接近许用应力的计算结果,提出减小预紧力并增大螺栓垫片接触面积的改进方案。计算结果表明,改进方案的最大轴向应力降低了34. 8%,最大剪切应力降低了16. 5%,有效增加了安全裕量。
This paper first summarizes the theoretical calculation method for bolt strength verification.Then take the external fixed-type blocker at the end of a freight track as the research object,Using a combination of spatial hexahedral elements and contact elements to Created a finite element model of the structure of the blocker.The contact nonlinearity calculation was carried out under the compression load condition of 1581 KN.Based on the calculation results,although the strength condition is satisfied,the axial stress is close to the allowable stress.An improved solution for reducing the preload force and simultaneously increasing the contact area of the bolt spacer is proposed.The calculation results show that the maximum axial stress of the improved scheme is reduced by 34.8%,and the maximum shear stress is reduced by 16.5%,which effectively increases the safety margin.
