传统中医治疗中患者对医疗检查的依从性研究

Study of Dependence of Patients on Medical Examination during Traditional Treatment

目的了解在传统中医治疗过程中,人们对运用现代医疗检查的态度和对医嘱的依从性,同时了解人们对医疗检查产生依赖所带来的负面影响,以便提出相应干预策略。方法采用问卷调查、访谈和卡方检验等方法进行研究。结果收入、学历和患者在诊疗过程中对医疗检查的主动性对患者依从性的影响均有统计学意义(P<0.001);不同诊断方式对"患者对医疗检查结果的信任"影响有统计学意义(■=27.203,P<0.001)。结论患者对医疗检查的依从性较高,对中医医生诊疗水平不够信任;患者对医疗检查依赖性所带来的负面影响很大。

Objective To understand the attitudes of modern medical examinations and compliance with medical advice of patients in the traditional treatment process,and understand the negative impact caused by patients’dependence on medical examinations,and then propose corresponding intervention strategies.Methods The research was carried out by means of questionnaires,interview and chi-square test.Results The effect of income,education degree and patient's initiative in medical examination in the course of diagnosis and treatment on patient’s compliance were statistical significance(P﹤0.001).The influence of different diagnostic methods on the"patient's trust in medical examination results"was statistically significant(x^2=27.203,P﹤0.001).Conclusion Patient has high compliance with medical examination.The patient distrust the diagnosis and treatment of TCM doctors.The negative effects of dependence on medical examination are significant.
