高职现代学徒制运行状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Operation Status of Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Education

调查发现高职院校推行现代学徒制过程中存在:专业教材内容与行业技术标准、生产组织与技能训练、学校行政化管理体制与企业市场化运行机制等方面尚有差异,局部政策推进效果欠佳、校企合作普遍存在学校"一头热"等问题。为此文中进行了一些分析并提出对策,以全面推动现代学徒制顺利开展,为建成小康社会输送数以亿计的高素质技能人才。

The survey found that in the process of implementing modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges,there are problems such as discrepancies between professional textbook content and industry technical standards,production organization and skill training,and school administrative management system and enterprise market-oriented operation mechanism,etc.,deficient effect of local policy promotion and the school’s one-sided enthusiasm in school-enterprise cooperation.In this paper,some analysis and countermeasures have been carried out to comprehensively promote the smooth development of the modern apprenticeship and to provide hundreds of millions of high-quality skilled personnel to build a moderately prosperous society.
