工科类高职院校培养出来的学生要想具备更强的职业素养,要想能够受到企业的青睐,必须从专业人才培养模式上下功夫,在"立德树人"导向下,从知识培养、能力培养、素质培养和素质评价四个方面来进行精心构建,把学生们"德"的缺失有效地进行弥补,让"立德树人"在人才培养模式中真正体现,让学生真正成为"德才兼备"的人才。

How to make students of higher vocational colleges of engineering acquire the higher professionalism and favored by enterprises,the college must endeavor to establish a proper cultivation mode.Under the orientation of moral value education,the mode is built from aspects of knowledge cultivation,ability cultivation,professional quality cultivation and appraisal,which makes up the deficiency in students’moral value and truly reflect the moral value cultivation mode.Based on this,students can become a talented person having both professional competence and moral integrity indeed.
