摘要
目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-CEX)在住院医师规范化培训师资培训中的效果研究。方法采用工作坊的形式进行师资培训,每次40~50名,培训前先通过问卷星做一份调查问卷,内容涵盖了mini-CEX的定义、功能、作用以及局限性等10道题目,每题1分,共10分。师资导师从什么是mini-CEX、如何实施mini-CEX、mini-CEX的优点、重点、难点等5个方面进行讲授。比较培训前、后的分数判断师资对mini-CEX基本知识的掌握程度。结果 mini-CEX培训前和培训后师资的测试成绩分别是(5.34±1.43)分和(7.37±1.60)分。培训后师资对mini-CEX认识水平明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(t=15.22,P<0.05)。结论对住院医师规范化培训师资开展mini-CEX的培训,能够加深其对mini-CEX的了解,使其规范熟练地运用于住院医师规范化培训过程考核。
Objective To explore the effect of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(mini-CEX)on teacher training of the standardized resident training.Methods The form of workshops including 40 to 50 people were taken for the teacher training.Before the training,a questionnaire was prepared,covering 10 questions such as the definition,functions,effects and limitations of mini-CEX,10 points,1 point each.The teacher tutor gave lecture on five aspects:what is mini-CEX,how to implement mini-CEX,the advantages,focal points and difficulties of mini-CEX.After the training,the questionnaire was conducted again.The points before and after the training were compared to determine the mastery of the teachers’basic knowledge of mini-CEX.Results The test scores of the teachers before and after the mini-CEX training were(5.34±1.43)points and(7.37±1.60)points respectively.Teachers’awareness of mini-CEX after training was significantly higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.22,P<0.05).Conclusions The mini-CEX training for the teachers in standardized resident training can deepen their understanding of mini-CEX,which enable them apply to the standardized resident training process assessment normatively and masterly.
