摘要
基于第三次全国农业普查数据,分析了北京市门头沟区农村劳动力结构特点及在北京市产业结构改革的背景下劳动力结构的变化;针对北京市门头沟区农村劳动力特点及现状,对今后劳动力状况进行了预测,并提出了相关建议。
Based on the third national agricultural census,the author studied the characteristics of rural labor structure in Mentougou District of Beijing and the changes of labor structure under the background of industrial structure reform in Beijing.According to the characteristics and current situation of rural labor force in this area,the future labor situation is predicted,and some relevant suggestions are put forward.
