教学是教师的基本职责,教师教学发展是教师发展的核心内容。地方本科院校教师教学发展具有整体性、主动性和长期性的特点。地方本科院校教师教学发展在现实中具有一定的困境,表现在文化层面、组织层面和教师个人层面。为了促进地方本科院校教师教学发展,在文化层面上构建有利于"教学学术"的生态文化环境;学校组织层面上,借助用外力助推教师教学发展;在教师个人层面上,教师要主动追求教学发展。

Teaching is the basic responsibility of teachers,and the development of teachers’teaching is the core of teacher development.The development of teachers’teaching in local universities has the characteristics of integrity,initiative and long-term.The teaching development of teachers in local universities has some realisticdifficulties,manifested in the cultural level,organizational level and teachers’personal level.In order to promote the teachers’development of in local universities,at the cultural level,the eco-cultural environment conducive to"teaching academic"is constructed,while on the school organization level,teachers’teaching developmentshould be promotedby external forces;as for the teachers,they should actively pursue the teachingdevelopment.
