疼痛护理模式在晚期胃、肠癌患者中的应用价值分析

目的:探究分析予以晚期胃、肠癌患者疼痛护理对其生活质量及疼痛程度具有的护理价值。方法:选取2016年5月~2018年9月期间于本院接受治疗的晚期胃、肠癌患者64例开展回顾性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用疼痛护理模式。对比两组护理前后疼痛指标及护理后的生活质量评分。结果:护理前两组疼痛指标对比无差异,P>0.05;护理后观察组疼痛指标改善效果明显优于对照组,P<0.05;且观察组生活质量在护理后得到有效改善,P<0.05。结论:疼痛护理模式的应用,可有效改善晚期胃、肠癌患者疼痛症状,进而对其生活质量起到较好干预效果,临床应用价值较高。

To explore the nursing value of pain care for patients with advanced gastric and intestinal cancer for their quality of life and pain. METHODS: A retrospective study was performed on 64 patients with advanced gastric and intestinal cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to September 2018. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. example. The control group received routine care, and the observation group applied pain care mode on the basis of routine care. The pain indicators before and after treatment and the quality of life score after nursing were compared. Results: There was no difference in pain index between the two groups before treatment, P >0.05. The improvement of pain index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment ( P <0.05). The quality of life of the observation group was effectively improved after nursing, P <0.05. Conclusion: The application of pain nursing mode can effectively improve the pain symptoms of patients with advanced gastric and intestinal cancer, and then have a better intervention effect on their quality of life, and the clinical application value is higher.
