Research progress in the drug therapy for video display terminal syndromes

长时间接触光学显示器可导致视屏终端综合征(Video display terminal syndromes,VDTs),随着屏幕终端的普及,患病人群正不断扩大。本文综述了目前以滴眼液为主体的VDTs药物治疗手段,归纳了各种针对VDTs的代表性西药类和中药类滴眼液的主要成分、适用症状、药理机制、功效及注意事项等,综合分析各类VDTs滴眼液的特点、研发价值与市场前景,为有关产业的发展与VDTs的合理用药提供参考。

Video display terminal syndromes(VDTs)may occur as a result of long-time contact with optical display.With the widespread of video display terminals,the amount of VDTs patients has increased rapidly.This paper reviews the current drug therapy for VDTs with eye drops as the main measure,summarizes the main components,indications,pharmacological mechanisms,efficacies,and precautions of the eye drops of typical western medicines and tra-ditional Chinese medicines,and analyzes the characteristics,research and development value,and market prospects of various kinds of eye drops for VDTs comprehensively,thus providing references for the development of related indus-tries and rational use of VDTs.
