合理使用注射剂规格与药物经济性和安全性探讨分析

Analysis on the relationship between the rational selection of injection specifications and the drug economy and safety

目的分析我院静脉用药调配中心注射剂一品两规药品临床使用情况,探讨选用适宜的药品规格与患者用药经济性和安全性的关系。方法从我院信息中心调取2017年3-11月静脉用药调配中心一品两规药品医嘱信息,汇总相关药品消耗情况并进行统计分析。结果我院静脉用药调配中心一品两规药品有30种,选用药品规格不适宜医嘱涉及的药品有16种,共计42 715条医嘱,选药不适宜医嘱32 981条,占比为77. 21%,若改用适宜规格药品可减少配置药品支数478 263支,节省药品费用600. 01万元。结论临床医师在确定治疗方案时除注重药物疗效外,亦应重视配伍药物的安全性和经济性。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the selection of appropriate drug specifications and the pharmaceutical economy and safety by surveying the clinical prescription information of injections concerning two specifications for one variety.Methods The prescription data about injection drugs concerning two specifications for one variety were obtained from the PIVAS of our hospital from March to November 2017,and the situation of drug consumption was summarized and analyzed.Results There were 30 injections with two specifications for one variety in PIVAS,and 16 injections were involved in unsuitable selection whose specifications were inappropriate.The unsuitable prescription was 32 981 of a total of 42 715 prescriptions,accounting for 77.21%.If appropriate drug specifications were selected,478 263 pieces of dispensing could be reduced and six million yuan could be saved.Conclusion In addition to the efficacy of drugs,clinicians should pay attention to the safety and economy of drugs.
