创业机会、政策获得亦或乡土情怀:新生代农民工返乡创业意愿及影响因素——基于浙江丽水的调查

Entrepreneurial Opportunities, Policy Acquisition or Local Feelings:New Generation of Migrant Workers' Home-going Business Intention and Its Influencing Factors——Based on the Survey of Lishui, Zhejiang

乡村振兴在人。有效吸引广大新生代农民工返回农村,不仅关系到乡村振兴的内在发展动力,更有助于加快农村非农产业发展,为精准扶贫打下坚实基础。通过文献分析,总结了新生代农民工返乡创业意愿的主要影响因素并提出理论分析框架,通过浙江省丽水市的调查数据进行实证研究。研究表明创业机会、政策获得和乡土情怀对新生代农民工返乡创业意愿都有着显著的正向影响,尤以政策环境为重。

People is the key to rural revitalization.Effectively attracting the new generation of migrant workers to return to the countryside is not only related to the internal development power of rural revitalization,but also helpful to accelerate the development of rural non-agricultural industries and lay a solid foundation for precise poverty alleviation.Through literature analysis,the paper summarized the main influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers’entrepreneurial willingness to return home and put forward theoretical analysis framework.Through the survey data analysis from Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,it shows that entrepreneurial opportunities,policy acquisition and local feelings have significant positive effects on the entrepreneurial willingness of the new generation of migrant workers to return home and start their own businesses,especially the policy environment.
