联盟医院肿瘤诊断及治疗设备日常运转情况分析

Analysis on daily operation of equipment of diagnosing and treating cancer of alliance hospital

目的:调查辽宁省肿瘤医院医疗联盟的36所联盟医院肿瘤诊治设备的使用情况,分析肿瘤诊治相关医疗设备的日常运行情况,为肿瘤诊治设备的配置提供参考依据。方法:采用自制经科学论证的调查问卷对医疗联盟中的36所联盟医院肿瘤诊疗设备基本情况进行调查,收集医学影像类、光学医疗器械与内窥镜类、临床检验分析仪器类以及治疗与生命支持类等诊疗设备的相关信息,采用SPSS 20.0统计软件对所有数据信息进行统计分析。结果:国产肿瘤诊疗设备在二级和三级医院中分别占52.75%和47.25%;进口肿瘤诊疗设备在二级和三级医院中分别占30.54%和69.46%。国产肿瘤诊疗设备故障维修次数和停机天数均少于进口设备,其差异有统计学意义(Z=-7.05,Z=-7.02;P<0.05)。结论:在36所联盟医院中,国产肿瘤诊疗设备日常运行情况优于进口肿瘤诊疗设备,各级医院国产肿瘤诊疗设备配置数量少于进口设备。

Objective:To investigate the service condition of equipments,that were used to diagnose and treat cancer,of 36 alliance hospitals of Liaoning Provincial Tumor Hospital Union and analyze daily operation situation of relevant medical equipment of diagnosing and treating cancer so as to provide reference for the configuration of equipment that diagnosed and treated cancer.Methods:The homemade-questionnaire that was verified by scientific method was adopted to investigate the basic condition of equipments of diagnosing and treating cancer in 36 alliance hospitals of medical union.And the series information of equipment of diagnosis and treatment included the kind of medical imaging,the kind of optical medical instrument and endoscopes,the kind of clinical testing and analysis instruments,the kind of therapeutic and life support and so on were collected.And the SPSS 20.0 statistic software was adopted to implement statistic analysis for all of data information.Results:The amount of domestic equipment accounts for 52.75%and 47.25%in secondary and tertiary hospitals and that of imported equipment accounts for 30.54%and 69.46%in these hospitals.Overall,the maintenance frequency and downtime days of domestic equipment fault were significantly less than those of imported equipment(Z=-7.05,Z=-7.02,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:In these equipments of 36 alliance hospitals,the daily operation situations of domestic equipments are better than those of imported equipment.At the same time,the amount of configuration of domestic equipment is less than that of imported equipment in hospitals of each grade.
