摘要 目的探讨实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)检查在风湿性二尖瓣狭窄(RMS)患者左心室功能评估中的应用前景。方法选择该院收治的60例RMS患者纳入A组,选取同期60例健康体检者纳入B组,两组均行二维超声心动图(2DE)、RT-3DE检查,记录两组左心室相关指标。结果两组RT-3DE检查的左心室射血分数水平低于2DE检查结果,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的基底段前壁面积应变值、基底段前壁及中间段前壁横向应变值、基底段前壁及中间段前壁纵向应变值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 RT-3DE进行心肌节段参数检测可准确反映RMS患者左心室的结构和功能。 Objective To investigate the application prospect of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE)in the left ventricular function evaluation of the patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis(RMS).Methods Sixty cases of RMS treated in this hospital was included in the group A,and contemporaneous 60 subjects undergoing the physical examination were selected as the group B.The two groups conducted the two-dimensional echocardiography(2DE)and RT-3DE.The left ventricular related indicators were recorded in the two groups.Results The LVEF level detected by RT-3DE in both groups were lower than that detected by 2DE,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences between the area strain value basal anterior wall and transverse strain value basal anterior wall,and among middle section anterior wall,longitudinal strain value basal anterior wall and middle section anterior wall had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion RT-3DE myocardial segment parameters detection can accurately reflect the structure and function of left ventricle in the patients with RMS.
