学术型研究生创新能力驱动因素及提升路径研究——基于江西高校的调查 被引量:15

摘要 提升研究生的创新能力对于建设创新型国家具有重要意义。基于在江西省高校抽样得到的376份有效问卷和分层回归方法,探讨了创新政策、社会支持和个人主动性对学术型研究生创新能力提升的影响机理。在控制了年龄、性别、专业、年级、工作经验等变量后,回归结果表明:政策感知、社会支持和个人主动性对学术型研究生创新能力的提升具有显著的正向作用,其中研究生的个人主动性正向调节政策、同学关系等外部因素对创新能力的影响。将样本分别按照性别、学科、工作经历和高校类型分类回归后对比解释变量回归参数的变化,发现创新政策、社会支持、个人主动性及其调节效应对学术型研究生创新能力的影响会因学生性别、学科、工作经历和高校类型而异。这表明制定差异化、个性化的创新支持政策和创新人才培养方案并激发研究生个人主动性是提升我国学术型研究生创新能力的关键。 It is of great significance to improve the innovation ability of academic postgraduates.Based on the 376 pieces of effective questionnaires random selected from the universities in Jiangxi province and the hierarchical regression method,the effective mechanism of innovation policy,social support and individual initiative on promoting academic postgraduates’innovation abilities is analyzed.After the controlling of age,gender,major,grades,experiences and other variables,the regression results show that the positive effects of innovation policy,social support and individual initiative on promoting academic postgraduates’innovation ability are statistically significant,among which the individual initiative positively adjusts the influences on the policy,relationship of classmates from the external factors.The samples were categorical regressed from the gender,social support,individual initiative,work experiences and universities type to explain the change of regression coefficient,and the results show that the influence of innovation policy,social support,individual initiative and adjustment on the innovation ability of academic postgraduates will vary from the gender,subject,work experience and type of university,which means that the key to improve the innovative ability of our academic graduate students is to formulate the different and individualized innovation support policies and innovative talents training programs and to stimulate the individual initiative of graduate students.
