激光辅助下眼袋整形术同期行A型肉毒毒素注射鱼尾纹在老年眼周皮肤松弛患者中的应用

Application of Botulinum Toxin Type A Injection with Fishtail Mark in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Periocular Skin Relaxation during Laser-assisted Eye Bag Plastic Surgery

目的分析激光辅助下眼袋整形术同期行A型肉毒毒素注射鱼尾纹在老年眼周皮肤松弛疗效。方法选取我院2016年05月-2018年05月收治的120例老年眼周皮肤松弛患者为对象,按照入院单双顺序分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),对照组给予激光眼袋整形术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予注射用A型肉毒毒素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、患者满意度及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组皮肤色润增强者、鱼尾纹减轻及眼袋减轻情况显著优于对照组((P <0.05);治疗后,观察组患者满意度为88.33%,显著高于对照组的71.67%(P <0.05);两组总不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论激光辅助下眼袋整形术同期行A型肉毒毒素注射治疗老年眼周皮肤松弛的临床疗效显著,可有效改善皮肤松弛,提高患者满意度,且安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of botulinum toxin A injection of crow's tail lines on the skin relaxation around the eyes of the elderly during laser-assisted lower eyebag plastic surgery.Methods 120 elderly patients with skin relaxation around the eyes in the hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to the odd-even order of admission.The group was treated withlaser eyelid pouch blepharoplasty.On this basis,the observation group was given Botulinum toxin type A for injection.The clinical curative effect,patients’satisfaction and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the condition of enhanced skin color,reduced crowsfeet and eyelid pouch in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction of the observation group was 88.33%,significantly higher than that of the control group(71.67%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Laserassisted lower eyebag plastic surgery combined with botulinum toxin A injection for the treatment of senile periocular skin relaxation has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve skin relaxation,improve patient satisfaction,and has high safety.
