情景教学联合问题导向教学在手术室护理带教中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究在手术室护理带教中应用情景教学联合问题导向教学的效果分析。方法随机选择2017年3月—2018年3月我院手术室实习生68名作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分成对照组(34名)与实验组(34名)。对照组采用传统带教的方式,实验组采用情景教学联合问题导向教学的方式。综合分析实验组和对照组实习生的实习效率,再采用问卷调查的方法统计实习生对带教模式的满意度。结果实验组实习生的操作成绩、理论成绩均高于对照组;实验组实习生对带教模式的满意度为94.12%,对照组实习生的教学满意率为76.47%,实验组的教学满意度高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用情景教学联合问题导向教学对提高手术室实习生对教学满意率有很好的效果并且实习效率显著。 Objective To study the effect of applying situational teaching combined with problem-oriented teaching in operating room nursing teaching.Methods A total of 68 interns from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected.According to the random number table method,34 students in the control group and the experimental group were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The internship efficiency of the experimental group and the control group was analyzed comprehensively,and then the satisfaction of the interns with the teaching mode was calculated by questionnaire survey.Results The results of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction rate of the interns of the experimental group was 94.12%, and that of the control group was 76.47%.The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant after comparison between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of situational teaching combined problem oriented teaching has a good effect on improving the satisfaction rate of the operating room interns to the teaching,and the efficiency of the practice is remarkable.
