运用带教临床路径提高手术室护理带教质量的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨在手术室的护理带教中应用带教临床路径的效果。方法选择我院2017年1月—2018年1月手术室护理实习生80名作为研究样本。以随机抽样法,将实习生进行分组,每组均为40名。对照组的护理实习生均采取传统带教模式,而观察组的护理实习生均采取带教临床路径式教学。结果观察组实习生的手术室理论知识和操作技能考核成绩得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组实习生在手术配合、无菌操作以及应急处理3个方面的考核达标比例均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在手术室护理带教中采取带教临床路径式教学模式有利于提高护理实习生的带教效果,有助于提高实习生的护理操作技能和护理能力。 Objective To explore the effect of applying the clinical pathway of teaching in the operating room.Methods 80 nursing interns in operating room from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research samples.By random sampling,the interns were grouped into two groups,40 nursing interns in each group.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The proportion of interns in the observation group in three aspects of operation cooperation,aseptic operation and emergency treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion To adopt clinical pathway teaching mode in nursing teaching in operating room is conducive to improving the teaching effect of nursing interns,and to improving their nursing operation skills and nursing ability.
