两种手术治疗宫外孕的疗效及对患者术后受孕率的影响

The Effect of Two Surgical Treatments on Ectopic Prethe Influence on Pregnancy Rate After Operation

目的比较分析开腹手术和腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕患者的临床疗效以及对术后受孕率的影响作用。方法选取2014年11月—2017年11月本院纳入收治的50例宫外孕患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为两组。对照组患者开展开腹手术,实验组患者开展腹腔镜手术,分析对比实验组和对照组宫外孕患者组间疗效差异。结果实验组宫外孕患者术后受孕率、手术时间、留置导尿时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在宫外孕患者中采取开腹手术和腹腔镜手术疗效均佳,但腹腔镜手术的优势更明显。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparotomy and laparoscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and the influence of postoperative pregnancy rate.Methods 50 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group underwent laparotomy.The experimental group underwent laparoscopic surgery.To analyze and compare the difference of curative effect between the experimental group and the control group in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Results The pregnancy rate,operation time, indwelling catheterization time,intraoperative bleeding volume,anal exhaust time and time of getting out of bed in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparotomy and laparoscopy are effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,but the advantages of laparoscopic surgery are more obvious.
