参苓白术散对妇产科腹部手术后康复的影响

The Effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder on Recovery After Abdominal Operation in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的观察参苓白术散在妇产科腹部手术后康复治疗中的影响。方法选取本院2015年2月—2018年2月收治的妇产科腹部手术患者88例作为研究对象。将本院患者以随机抽签的方式分为两组。对照组采用常规方法进行康复治疗,观察组给予参苓白术散进行康复治疗。结果观察组术后IgA(2.00±0.01)g/L、IgG(10.37±0.14)g/L、IgM(1.71±0.19)g/L、CRP(10.13±0.20)g/L、中医症候积分(0.46±0.01)分、生活质量评分(96.50±3.44)分、肛门排气时间(15.47±1.20)h、进食时间(2.33±0.36)d、并发症发生率2.27%、住院时间(5.74±0.76)d,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将参苓白术散应用到妇产科腹部手术后康复治疗中,可有效提高患者的机体免疫力,缩短住院时间,促进病情康复。

Objective To observe the effect of shenling baizhu powder on rehabilitation after abdominal operation in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods 88 cases of gynecological and obstetric abdominal surgery patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients in our hospital were divided into two groups by random drawing.The control group received rehabilitation treatment by routine methods.The observation group was given Shenling Baizhu powder for rehabilitation treatment.Results In the observation group,IgA (2.00±0.01) g/L,IgG (10.37±0.14) g/L,IgM (1.71±0.19) g/L,CRP (10.13±0.20) g/L,TCM symptom score (0.46±0.01) points,the score of quality of life (96.50±3.44) points,anal exhaust time (15.47±1.20) h,the length of eating time (2.33±0.36) d,complication rate (2.27%) and hospitalization time (5.74±0.76) days were significantly different from those in the control group.There was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of shenling baizhu powder in the rehabilitation treatment of gynecology and obstetrics after abdominal surgery can effectively improve the immunity of patients, shorten the hospital stay,and promote the recovery of the disease.
