药物镇痛联合全程护理在无痛分娩中的应用

Application of Drug Analgesia Combined With Whole-course Care in Painless Delivery

目的评价药物镇痛联合全程护理在产房无痛分娩中的应用效果。方法将入选的200例产妇随机平均分成两组。实验组和对照组均实行药物镇痛分娩。对照组施行普通护理,实验组在对照组的基础上,施行全程护理。结果实验组产妇的镇痛有效率(92%)、产妇满意度为(85%)均高于对照组的(81%、66%),实验组在两项评价指标上均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.182,9.758,P均<0.05)。实验组产妇的总产程时间为(8.18±2.16)h,低于对照组产妇的总产程时间(10.17±3.08)h,差异具有统计学意义(t=18.181,P <0.05)。结论药物镇痛联合全程护理优于药物镇痛联合普通护理,对无痛分娩产妇采取全程护理措施,可有效降低生产时的疼痛感,减少了总产程时间,提升了产妇满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of drug analgesia combined with whole-course nursing in painless delivery in delivery room.Methods 200 parturients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group and the control group were given analgesic delivery.The control group received general nursing.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group received whole-course nursing.Results The analgesic efficacy (92%) and maternal satisfaction (85%) of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (81%,66%).The experimental group was superior to the control group in two evaluation indexes,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=5.182,9.758,P<0.05).The total duration of labor in the experimental group was (8.18±2.16) h,which was lower than that in the control group (10.17±3.08) h.The difference was statistically significant (t=18.181,P<0.05).Conclusion Drug analgesia combined with whole-course care is superior to drug analgesia combined with routine nursing.The whole-course nursing measures for painless delivery women can significantly reduce the pain of labor,shorten the total labor time and improve maternal satisfaction.
