以家庭为中心的产科护理模式探讨

Study on the Mode of Family Centered Obstetric Nursing

目的探讨以家庭为中心的产科护理模式。方法选择2017年6月—2018年6月在我院分娩的100例产妇作为研究对象,并采取随机分组的方式,将所选对象均分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施以家庭为中心的产科护理模式,对两组护理总体满意率、抑郁评分以及焦虑评分进行对比。结果观察组护理后的总体满意率、焦虑评分以及抑郁评分均比对照组更优,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论产科护理采用以家庭为中心的产科护理模式,能够有效改善护患关系及产妇的心理状态,并提升产妇的满意度。

Objective To explore the family centered obstetric nursing mode.Methods 100 parturients delivered in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.In the observation group,family-centered obstetric nursing model was implemented.The overall satisfaction rate,depression score and anxiety score of the two groups were compared.Results The overall satisfaction rate,anxiety score and depression score of the observation group after nursing were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Obstetric nursing with family centered nursing mode can effectively improve the relationship between nurses and patients and the psychological state of women,and improve the satisfaction of women.
