个性化护理对提高风湿病患者满意度的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Personalized Nursing Program on Improving the Satisfaction of Patients With Rheumatism

目的探讨个性化护理措施应用在风湿病患者中的临床价值,并分析其对患者满意度的影响。方法选取我院2014年8月—2016年12月收治的64例风湿病患者作为本次研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各32例。待患者入院后,对两组患者均行常规手段的治疗。对照组应用风湿科常规护理,研究组实施个性化护理方案。对比分析两组的护理满意度。结果研究组中,非常满意19例,所占比例为59.38%,基本满意率为34.37%;对照组中,非常满意13例,所占比例为40.63%,基本满意率为31.25%。研究组患者的护理总满意度(93.75%)高于对照组(71.88%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组护理后抑郁评分、焦虑评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对风湿病患者实施个性化护理方案的效果明显,能够有效提高患者对护理服务的满意度,对改善医患关系,促进患者康复起到了积极的促进作用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of individualized nursing measures in patients with rheumatism,and to analyze its impact on patients' satisfaction.Methods 64 patients with rheumatism admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,32 cases in each group.After admission,patients in both groups were treated by routine means.The control group received routine nursing in rheumatology department.The research group carried out personalized nursing program.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results In the study group,19 cases were very satisfied,accounting for 59.38%, and the basic satisfaction rate was 34.37%.In the control group,13 cases were very satisfied,accounting for 40.63%,and the basic satisfaction rate was 31.25%.The total nursing satisfaction of the study group (93.75%) was higher than that of the control group (71.88%).There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The scores of post-nursing depression,anxiety and pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of implementing personalized nursing programs for patients with rheumatism is obvious,which can effectively improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing services,play a positive role in improving the relationship between doctors and patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
