“数字密码”教学法在心肺复苏教学中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨"数字密码"教学法在医学生心肺复苏教学中的应用效果。方法选择河南医学高等专科学校2015级与2016级护理专业两个班分别作为对照组和干预组,对照组采取传统方法进行授课,干预组在常规授课基础上融入"数字密码"教学方法,在心肺复苏操作分解中重点突出每个"密码"的运用。结果干预组学生发生顺序颠倒、项目遗漏、按压错误或不到位等操作明显低于对照组(P<0.001);干预组考试成绩整体高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(t=11.857,P<0.001)。干预组在启动应急系统(χ~2=32.190,P<0.001)、判断脉搏和呼吸(χ~2=18.944,P<0.001)、按压部位(χ~2=7.812,P=0.005)、按压深度及频率(χ~2=11.223,P=0.001)、人工通气(χ~2=24.748,P<0.001)、按压通气比(χ~2=15.520,P<0.001)、按压通气配合(χ~2=40.776,P<0.001)环节的失误率低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义,但其他项目两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 "数字密码"教学法简单实用,适合初学者学习心肺复苏术。 Objective The objective of this study was to explore the effect of"digital codes"teaching method(e.g.,5 refers to performing five cycles of cardiopulmonary resuscitation)in the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for medical students.Methods Two classes of nursing specialty in Henan Medical College were selected as control group and experimental group respectively.The control group was taught by traditional methods.The experimental group adopted the traditional teaching methods plus the method of"digital codes".The application of each"digital code"was emphasized in the decomposition of experimental teaching action.Results Comparison showed that the number of operations as order reverse,items omission,false press in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001);the test score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.857,P<0.001).The error rate of emergency system startup(χ2=32.190,P<0.001),pulse and respiration judgment(χ2=18.944,P<0.001),press site(χ2=7.812,P=0.005),press depth and frequency(χ2=11.223,P=0.001),artificial ventilation(χ2=24.748,P<0.001),compression-ventilation ratio(χ2=15.520,P<0.001),and compression-ventilation coordination(χ2=40.776,P<0.001)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,while differences in other aspects between the two groups were not statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusions"Digital codes"teaching method is simple and practical,and suitable for beginners to learn and master cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
