摘要
目的:探索互联网信息技术对门诊医疗服务的提升作用,深入分析实施门诊一卡通的服务效果。方法:采用问卷调查法进行数据收集,运用SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果:患者使用一卡通服务进行自助挂号、自助充值、诊间付费比传统方式节约时间,差异具有统计学意义,满意度较高。结论:一卡通服务不仅是信息系统的改造和上线使用,还要配合门诊流程的梳理和优化,同时要针对患者使用习惯和功能需求,对平台持续改进,提升患者就医体验。
Objective:To explore the promotion of Internet information technology to out-patient services,and deeply analyze the ef. fect of implementation of the“One card system”on outpatient services. Methods:Questionnaires survey was used to collect data,and data was analyzed by SPSS software. Results:Self-help registration(t=12.318,P < 0.001),self-service recharge(t=12.318,P < 0.001) and inter-consultation payment(t=12.318,P < 0.001)saved more time than traditional methods for patients,and the difference was sta. tistically significant. There was a higher satisfactory degree in the patients. Conclusion:The“One card system”service not only needs the transformation and on-line of information system,but also needs to be in line with coming and optimizing the outpatient service pro. cess. At the same time,it should continue to improve the platform and improve the patients’experience of going to doctors according to their using habits and requirements towards functions.
