摘要
目的:调查目前医院临床科室科研秘书队伍工作现状,分析其发展困境并提出对策。方法:对我院85名科研秘书进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行描述性分析。结果:目前医院临床科室科研秘书兼职情况突出,业务能力高低不等,职责不清,工作积极性欠佳。结论:建设一支合格的科研秘书队伍,应进行科学合理的人才选拔,设立专岗并完善培训交流及激励竞争制度。
Objective:To do researches on the current working conditions of the scientific research secretaries in clinical depart. ments of hospitals,analyze the development dilemma and put forward the countermeasures. Methods:A questionnaire survey was con. ducted among 85 research secretaries in Tongji Hospital and the results were analyzed in a descriptive manner. Results:The research secretaries of clinical departments face the following challenges:part-time engagement,uneven professional capability,ambiguous re. sponsibility and lack of working enthusiasm. Conclusion:In order to establish a qualified research secretary team,scientific and rea. sonable position with talents selection should be set up,and training communication and incentive competition mechanism should be completed.
