中国水产品进出口贸易价格指数研究 被引量:2

摘要 在比较、分析海关总署、商务部和联合国FAO等不同机构编制贸易价格指数的方法和实践的基础上,本研究提出符合我国水产品贸易价格指数的编制方案,并计算出总指数、分类指数和加工贸易等价格指数。研究发现,在2008-2016年期间,水产品出口价格指数经历了先升后降的过程,活鱼出口价格指数变动剧烈,其次是加工鱼产品和鲜冷冻鱼产品。2014年以后,来料加工出口指数低于进口指数,企业面临较大的进口成本压力。预计2017年和2018年来料加工进出口价格指数还会进一步扩大拉开差距。 This study proposes a method for Chinese seafood trade based on the comparison and analysis of the methods that various agencies take, such as General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), Ministry of Commerce of China (MCC) and Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). According to different caliber, it calculates the general index, classification index and processing trade index. The study found that during the period of 2008-2016, the export price index of seafood experienced a process of rising and falling. The export price index of live fish changed intensely, followed by processed fish products and fresh frozen fish products. After 2014, the export processing index is lower than the import index. It means that enterprises face greater pressure on import costs. It is expected that the import and export price index of processing with supplied material in 2017 and 2018 will further widen the gap.
