中国紫菜国际贸易现状及主要问题研究

Analysis and countermeasures of Chinese laver international trade

我国条斑紫菜出口量占国际市场贸易总量的一半以上,对世界紫菜贸易有着重要影响。本文基于中国海关进出口数据库数据,详细分析了2005-2017年间我国紫菜进出口总量、市场结构、产品价格等的变化。针对我国出口紫菜产品国际竞争力水平下降、产业基础层资源型原料有效供给动能不足、隐性贸易壁垒等问题,提出创新养殖技术与模式、提升养殖环节要素支撑水平、产业链网式协同发展、健全技术性贸易壁垒预警机制等建议。

China's exports of Porphyra yezoensis account for more than half of the total international trade market, and has an important influence on the world laver trade. Based on the China customs import and export database, this paper analyzed the changes of the total import and export volume, the market structure and the price of Chinese laver from 2005 to 2017. In response to the decline in the level of international competitiveness, the insufficient supply of kinetic energy for raw material resources at the industrial base level, and the hidden trade barriers of China’s export laver products, this paper puts forward some suggestions such as innovating aquaculture techniques and models, raising the elements supporting level at the breeding stage, coordinating the development of the industrial chain network, and improving the early-warning mechanism of technical trade barriers.
