泰国主要海洋产业发展及其与中国的对比与合作——基于海上丝绸之路建设视角

The development of major marine industries in Thsiland and its comparison and cooperation with China:based on the implementation of maritime Silk Road initiative

泰国作为21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线的重要海洋国家,实现中泰海洋经济良好合作有利于带动中国与南海周边地区的国际合作,将有力推动21世纪海上丝绸之路建设。本文通过分析两国海洋经济发展概况,利用海洋产业产值比重、产业增长率和需求收入弹性等指标对比分析其主要海洋产业发展特征,深入研究两国主要海洋产业发展的比较优势和制约因素,进而依据互利共赢和优势互补原则,在海上丝绸之路互联互通和两国海洋领域合作规划大框架下提出加强发展两国海洋渔业合作关系、助力泰国港口基础设施建设、建立健全两国海洋油气业技术合作等制度和差异化设计旅游产品等对策建议,以推进两国海洋经济合作进程。

Thailand is an important marine country along the maritime Silk Road in 21 Century. To achieve good cooperation between China and Thailand in marine economy is conducive to promote international cooperation between China and the surrounding areas of the South China Sea. It will be vigorous to promote the construction of the maritime Silk Road in 21 Century. By analyzing the general situation of marine economic in both countries, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of marine industry with index contains output value, industry growth rate and income elasticity of demand. We analyze the advantages and restrictive factors of the marine industry in the two countries. Finally, on the basis of the principle of complementary advantages, we put forward countermeasures to strengthen marine economic cooperative between the two countries in the framework of the Silk Road connection strategies and maritime cooperation planning.
