"重庆石柱黄连生产系统"是重庆市首个获批的中国重要农业文化遗产项目。黄连是石柱土家族自治县最主要的药用经济作物,石柱黄连的种植面积、产量规模和交易数量皆占全球黄连产业的主导地位,因此石柱县也被称为"世界黄连之乡"。从时空维度梳理石柱黄连的历史渊源、发展脉络和存续状况,并系统总结黄连在种植、加工和交易方面的主要特征,能更好地理解黄连种植这一武陵山区土家族传统生计方式的农业文化遗产特性,为"重庆石柱黄连生产系统"下一步申报全球重要农业文化遗产项目奠定基础。

The production system of coptis chinensis in Shizhu,Chongqing is the first major agricultural cultural heritage project approved by Chongqing municipality.Coptis chinensis is the most important medicinal cash crop in Shizhu which is an antonumous county of Tu nationality.Shizhu County takes the leading position of global coptis chinensis industry in terms of planting area,yield scale and transaction quantity,so it is also known as"the hometown of coptis chinensis in the world".Research on the historical origin,development context and persistence status of coptis chinensis in Shizhu County from the time and space dimension and systematical analysis of the main characteristics of coptis chinensis in planting,processing and trading provide us with better understanding of the agricultural cultural heritage of Coptis plantation in the Wuling Mountain area,and also lay a foundation for the application to the world's important agricultural cultural heritage project in the future.
