摘要
在历史城区保护的基础上协调地下空间的开发建设可以拓展城市空间、提升环境质量、为居民创造良好的生活和工作环境,对于历史城区的可持续发展具有重要意义。文章以咸阳市历史城区为例,根据"历史城区-历史文化街区-文物保护单位"的保护体系提出地下空间开发利用要求。
The coordinated exploitation of underground space on the basis of historic urban area protection can expand urban space,improve environmental quality and create good living and working space for residents,which is of great significance for the sustainable development of historic urban area.This paper takes the historic urban area of Xianyang as an example and puts forward the requirements for development and utilization of underground space according to the protection system of"historic urban area-historical and cultural blocks-cultural relic protection unit".
