压铸模具中的八字型排气板研究

Research on Exhaust Plate Characterized by Chinese Character of 八in Die Casting Mold

针对传统压铸模具中的排气板存在的缺陷,提出一种用于压铸模具的八字型排气件设计,并对其特点进行分析,以增大排气槽的横截面积,提高排气量,最终实现压铸产品质量的提升。

Aiming at the defects of exhaust plate in traditional die casting molds,a design of exhaust parts characterized by character of八for die casting mold is proposed and its characteristics are analyzed in order to increase the cross-sectional area of exhaust slots,increase the exhaust volume and ultimately improve the quality of die casting products.
