摘要
通过电力营销的管理意识、竞争与风险意识、管理信息系统、人员的综合素质方面分析当前电力营销管理中的不足,研究当前电力营销管理问题的改进措施,进一步促进电力企业的持续发展。
This paper analyses the shortcomings of current electric power marketing management,mainly including management consciousness,competition and risk consciousness,management information system and comprehensive quality of personnel in electric power marketing,studies the improvement measures of current electric power marketing management problems,and further promotes the sustainable development of electric power enterprises.
