宁夏基层医务人员精神卫生知识调查

Cross-sectional Study of Mental Health Knowledge among Primary Medical Staffs in Ningxia

目的了解宁夏基层医务人员的精神卫生知识现况,为提高社区精神卫生工作质量提供参考。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选择宁夏银川市、吴忠市、中卫市和石嘴山市377例直接参与医疗卫生服务的乡镇卫生院(社区卫生服务机构)医务人员,行精神卫生知识问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果共有318例宁夏基层医务人员完成调查,精神卫生知识总体正确率为57.7%,知晓率为51.9%。基层医务人员对精神卫生态度积极者占被调查人数的13.5%;态度中立者占47.7%;态度消极负向者占38.9%。宁夏基层医务人员的精神卫生知识量表回答正确率与其对精神障碍态度得分呈负相关(r=-0.236,P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析提示中医医生(OR=2.45,95%CI:1.83～3.26)、无职称(OR=1.43,95%CI:1.13～1.77)、单位地点农村(OR=2.11,95%CI:1.57～2.71)的基层医务人员精神卫生知晓水平较低。结论宁夏基层医务人员的精神卫生知识知晓率水平整体不高,需采取有针对性的政策和措施,提高其精神卫生知识书评。

Objective To investigate mental health knowledge among primary health care providers in Ningxia,and to provide references for improving the quality of public mental health service.Methods Convenience samples of 330 primary health care providers who are directly involving in medical services were selected from Yinchuan,Wuzhong,Zhongwei and Shizuishan city in Ningxia province.Self-report questionnaire survey was conducted using mental health knowledge questionnaire(MHKQ)and the results were analyzed.Results A total of 318 valid questionnaires were returned,the total correct rate of mental health knowledge in the respondents was 57.7%,and the awareness rate was 51.9%.The positive attitude towards mental health of grass-roots medical staff accounted for 13.5%of the respondents,the neutral attitude accounted for 47.7%,and the negative attitude accounted for 38.9%.There was a negative correlation between the correct answer rate of the mental health knowledge scale and the attitude score to mental disorders(r=-0.236,P<0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that traditional Chinese doctors(OR=2.45,95%CI:1.83-3.26),no positional title(OR=1.43,95%CI:1.13-1.77)and workplace in rural area(OR=2.11,95%CI:1.57-2.71)were associate1d with lower awareness rate.Conclusion The total awareness rate of mental health knowledge among primary health care providers in Ningxia is low,and targeted policies and measures are needed to increase the level of mental health knowledge.
