吲哚菁绿(indocyanine green,ICG)清除试验是临床上评估肝脏储备功能准确而实用的一种检查方法,近年来该试验已逐渐应用于临床,可实时、无创检测肝脏功能,通过测定ICGR15指标来协助医务人员快速、全面了解患者肝脏受损的严重程度,对各种肝病进行早期诊断筛查、早期警示肝功能不全或隐匿性肝脏疾病、早期判断预后。该试验相对于胆红素、凝血酶原时间等化验指标、Child-Pugh评分更具有优越性和科学性,能更好地指导临床治疗或手术方案的建立以及治疗效果的评判,因此在肝脏疾病的诊疗中具有较大的临床价值。对ICG清除试验在肝病中的临床应用进展作一综述。

Indocyanine green(ICG)clearance test is a valuable and practical clinic test method for evaluation of liver reserve function which has gained more popularity in recent years.This test has made the detection of liver reserve functional real-time and noninvasive,by using the ICGR15 method to assist medical personnel to accurately understand the severity of liver damage in patients,to achieve early diagnosis and screening of various liver diseases,to alarm early warning of liver insufficiency or occult liver diseases,and to reach early judgment of prognosis.Compared with other test indexes such as bilirubin and prothrombin time,Child-pugh score in this test is more advantageous and scientific,and can better guide the establishment of clinical treatment or surgical program and the evaluation of treatment effect,so it has great clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases.
