科研单位推动发挥“两个作用”的实践和思考——以中国热带农业科学院热带生物技术研究所为例

THE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTES PROMOTE THE PRACTICE AND THINKING OF "TWO FUNCTIONS" ——TAKING THE INSTITUTE OF TROPICAL BIOTECHNOLOGY,CHINESE ACADEMY OF TROPICAL AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES AS AN EXAMPLE

在深入贯彻新时代党的建设总要求的背景下,对科研单位如何更好地发挥党支部的战斗堡垒和党员的先锋模范作用提出了更高的要求。文章以中国热带农业科学院热带生物技术研究所为例,全面总结了近年来打造党支部战斗堡垒和推动党员发挥先锋模范作用的主要做法,并在此基础上分析了存在的问题及成因,最后提出了强化政治建设、优化结构配置、健全考核机制和创新组织设置的对策。

Under the background of thoroughly implementing the general requirements of party building in the new era,higher requirements have been put forward on how scientific research institutes can better play the combat fortresses of party branches and the vanguard role of party members.Based on tropical biological technology research institute Chinese academy of tropical agriculture,as an example,the article comprehensively summed up in recent years to build the party branch battle fortress and promote the main methods of play the cutting edge exemplary role of party members,and on the basis of analyzing the existing problems and causes,finally put forward to strengthen the political construction,optimizing the structure configuration and improve the assessment mechanism and countermeasures of innovation organization setting.
