摘要
国家重点研发计划是我国2016年实施的科技计划布局架构的重大举措,其立项情况在一定程度上反映了科研单位的实力与水平。文章分析了2016—2018年我国各高等院校、科研院所及企业国家重点研发计划的立项情况,通过科技部发布的数据对年度、研究领域、承担单位、项目经费和地域等多维度进行统计分析,进而研究探讨我国重点研发计划项目的布局和发展方向,为政府及各科研单位制定相关政策和对策提供参考。
National Key Research and Development Program is a major measure of the layout and structure of Chinese Science and Technology plan implemented in 2016,and its project status to a certain extent reflects the strength and level of scientific research institutions.This paper analyzes the establishment of the National Key Research and Development Program in universities,scientific research institutes and enterprises in China from 2016 to 2018.Through the data published by the Ministry of Science and Technology,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the year,research area,undertaking unit,project funds,the region and other multi-dimensional statistical analysis,and then explore the layout and development direction of the National Key Research and Development Program,to provide a reference for the government and research institutions to formulate relevant policies and countermeasures.
