摘要
文章以某汽车四缸发动机机体为研究对象,采用Ansys Workbench软件对其进行模态分析。首先在Catia软件中建立发动机机体各部分的三维实体简化模型,然后将发动机机体的三维模型导入Workbench软件中划分网格,建立了有限元模型,最后进行模态分析,获得了发动机机体的前八阶固有频率和模态振型,为发动机结构设计提供理论依据,并为此车后续发动机振动噪声研究提供基础。
The paper takes the body of a four cylinder engine as the research object,and the model analysis is preceded by Ansys Workbench software.First of all,a simplified solid model of each part of the engine body is established in Catia software.Then the assembly model of the engine body is imported into the Workbench software to meshing and establishing finite element model.Finally,modal analysis is carried out,obtaining eight natural frequencies and mode shapes of the engine body and analyzing the results.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of engine structure and provides a basis for the follow-up study of engine vibration and noise.
