The Enlightenment of Party Construction in the Colleges under the Leadership of Chinese Communist Party in Yan'an Period

本文围绕延安时期中国共产党在陕甘宁边区各高校开展党建的思路和历史经验即坚持理论与实践相结合、坚持以学生为本、培育优良的教师队伍、以支部建设为核心的党建思路,使高校成为中共成长和壮大的重要策源地。这些经验对当前提升高校党建的实践性、精准培育高校青年马克思主义者、高校青年马克思主义者与党员培育有机融合、加强高校教师引领示范作用具有参考价值。

This paper focuses on the thought and historical experience of the CPC in carrying out party building in the colleges in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border in Yan’an period,namely,adhering to the combination of theory and practice,the student-oriented in cultivating excellent teachers and party branch construction as the core in making the colleges the key source of strength of CPC.These experiences are of great reference for the practice of party building in the colleges,especially in cultivating young college Marxists,organically in integrating young Marxists and party members to strengthen the leadership and the exemplary role of college teachers.
