摘要
高等职业教育人才培养的目标是培养高素质技能型应用人才,校企合作、产教融合、校企协同育人机制是提高学生职业岗位能力、适应职业岗位需求的重要途径。针对目前职业教育市场营销专业人才培养模式存在的突出问题,以我院市场营销专业为例,以职业化为导向创新市场营销专业人才培养模式,构建了"四位一体"课程体系和"12562"实践教学体系,全面提升了学生的实践技能和职业岗位能力。
The goal of the higher vocational education talent training is to cultivate high-quality talents.And it is an important way to improve students’vocational ability to adapt to the demands of vocational positions by schoolenterprise cooperation,industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism.To solve the problems of the professional marketing talent cultivation,this paper takes marketing major of hospital as an example,innovated training mode of marketing professional talents professionalism as the guide.And moreover,this study comprehensively improves students’practical and professional ability by constructing the“four in one”curriculum system and the“12562”teaching system.
