在持续深化改革和创新驱动发展的背景下,企业创新绩效受到学术界的广泛关注。以322家高新技术企业为研究样本,构建了市场竞争、政府支持与企业创新绩效之间的相互作用机制模型,实证检验了市场竞争、政府支持与企业创新绩效之间的作用效应。研究显示:市场竞争对企业创新绩效具有显著的促进作用,不同的市场竞争程度对企业创新绩效的促进效应存在差异;政府支持对企业创新绩效具有显著的激励作用,不同的政府支持程度对企业创新绩效的激励效应存在差异;市场竞争、政府支持与企业创新绩效之间具有交互效应,企业创新绩效对市场竞争具有支持效应,企业创新绩效对政府支持具有提升效应。

Under the background of continuously deepening the reform of 'distribution management' and innovation-driven development, corporate innovation performance had received extensive attention from the academic community.This study uses 322 high-tech enterprises as research samples to construct an interaction mechanism model between market competition, government support and enterprise innovation performance, and empirically tested the effects of market competition, government support and corporate innovation performance.The results of this study are as follows.Market competition had a significant role in promoting the innovation performance of enterprises.Different market competition levels had different effects on the promotion performance of enterprises.Government support had a significant incentive effect on corporate innovation performance,different government support levels have different incentive effects on corporate innovation performance.There was an interaction between market competition, government support and corporate innovation performance.Enterprise innovation performance had a supporting effect on market competition, and enterprise innovation performance had an enhancing effect on government support.
