摘要
平台承担着矿用牙轮钻机作业时的各种反作用力和扭矩,是钻架、主机构、变压器、空压机、液压站、电控柜等零部件的载体,它的强度和刚度直接影响着钻机的正常运行。采用壳单元对牙轮钻机平台进行离散化处理,并对平台的几个主要作业工况进行结构强度及刚度有限元仿真计算,得到平台的结构强度及刚度均能满足要求,通过有限元分析,可以有效地指导设计过程,为结构优化提供依据。
The platform undertakes the various reaction forces and torques in the operation of the drill.It is the carrier of the drill rig,main institutions,transformer,air compressor,hydraulic station,electric control cabinet,etc.Its strength and rigidity directly influences the normal operation of the drill.The shell element was used for discretization of the platform of the blast hole drill,and the structure strength and stiffness finite element simulation were carried out on several main operating conditions of the platform,get the platform structural strength and stiffness can meet the requirements,through the finite element analysis,can effectively guide the design process,provide the basis for structure optimization.
