摘要
在煤炭立井开拓方式中,为避免矿井提升系统过卷,矿井的井口均设置防过卷缓冲装置,缓冲装置和以往设计有了本质的区别,而制动梁计算方法仍然停留在传统设计阶段,已经不满足现在的设计要求,针对这种情况,利用SolidWorks Simulation对框架梁进行有限元分析,准确直观地模拟制动梁的受力,为设计提供依据,在保证安全的情况下提高经济效益。
In the coal main shaft development method, in order to avoid the mine lifting system overwinding,the mine′s wellhead is equipped with anti overwinding buffer devices. The buffer device is fundamentally different from the previous design, and the braking beam calculation method still stays in the traditional design stage. It is not satisfied with the current design. In view of this situation,the finite element analysis of the frame beam was used to accurately and intuitively simulate the force of the brake beam, provide a basis for the design,and improve the economic benefits under the guarantee of safety.
