摘要
以某型号带式输送机中的行星减速器作为研究对象,采用ANSYS Workbench的Trancient Structural分析模块,对其进行瞬态动力学分析仿真。建立带式输送机行星减速器三维接触非线性有限元模型,添加材料属性、划分有限元、定义接触、输入载荷边界条件及编辑计算控制栏等,对其进行瞬态动力学研究。研究齿轮在啮合过程中产生的冲击,材料的应变随时间的变化过程,齿轮啮合副在工作时的应力、应变分布情况,以及在不同工况条件下行星减速器系统的应力、应变、速度及加速度在变化工况下随时间的响应情况等。
The planetary reducer in a certain belt conveyor was taken as research object,the ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out transient dynamic analysis and simulation.The three-dimensional contact non-linear finite element model of belt conveyor planetary reducer was established.The material properties,the division of finite element model,the definition of contact,the input of load boundary conditions and the editing of computational control bar were added to study the transient dynamics of belt conveyor planetary reducer.The time-varying process of impact and material strain during gear meshing,the stress and strain distribution of gear meshing pair during working,and the response of stress,strain,velocity and acceleration of planetary reducer system to time under different working conditions were studied.
