摘要 通过分析先导式减压阀结构和工作原理,对其做适当的简化和假设,建立其数学模型,利用HCD液压元件库搭建了先导式减压阀的AMESim仿真模型,参照典型阀结构参数设置模型参数,并对阀的动静态特性进行仿真分析,根据仿真结果对其输出压力、流量等动静态特性进行分析,讨论了影响先导式减压阀动静态特性的主要因素,为减压阀的设计、选型及维修提供了理论依据。 By analyzing the structure and working principle of the pilot type pressure reducing valve,the appropriate simplification and assumptions were made,the mathematical model was established,the AMESim simulation model of the pilot pressure reducing valve was established by using the HCD hydraulic component library. The model parameters were set up and the static and dynamic characteristics of the valve were simulated and analyzed. The static and dynamic characteristics of the output pressure,flow and so on were analyzed according to the simulation results,and the analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of the valve was also discussed. The main factors that affect the dynamic and static characteristics of the pilot type pressure reducing valve were discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design,selection and maintenance of the pressure reducing valve.
