摘要
针对煤矿井下大采高巷道类施工项目的工作要求,提出了矿用车载式升降平台的组成结构及各项功能,在此基础上对升降平台中的剪叉机构进行了方案研究,运用虚位移原理计算了举升油缸的最大推力,对升降机构进行了有限元受力分析;经过工业性试验,确定了方案的合理性,提高了施工过程的工作效率和安全性。
In view of the requirements of large mining and high roadway construction projects in coal mine,the functions and structure of lifting platform of mine car were put forward.Program research of scissors mechanism and finite element analysis of lifting platform was conducted on the requirements,the principle of virtual work was used to obtain the maximum driving force lifting cylinder.Through the industrial test,the rationality of the scheme was determined,and the working efficiency and safety of the construction workers was enhanced.
